Yoga Monkey Kids believes in Mindful Eating. Our philosophy is to “Eat A Rainbow”. Our nutrition plan offers a fun and interactive way for kids to learn about the fuel they put in their bodies and why it is important to make healthy choices. Our program involves taste testing new fruit and vegetables and making healthy smoothies and snacks.
